Every treatment is customised to your facial proportions, skin type and natural brow hair. Nothing is applied from a template.

Open 7 days. 5.0 rating from 120+ verified reviews. Money-back guarantee.

The Four Brow Tattoo Techniques

Nano Brows — Hair Stroke Brows

Nano brows use a digital machine with a single ultra-fine needle to deposit pigment in individual hair-like strokes. The result mimics real brow hairs — natural, textured and dimensional.

Best for: all skin types including oily and mature skin. Clients who want the most natural-looking result.

Lasts: 1.5 to 3 years.

Price: A$400 – A$850

Ombre Powder Brows

Ombre brows use shading to create a soft, powdery finish — similar to how brow powder looks when applied with a brush, but permanent. The front of the brow is lighter and fades into a deeper colour at the tail.

Best for: clients who prefer a filled, defined look over individual hair strokes. Suits all skin types.

Lasts: 2 to 3 years.

Price: A$400 – A$850

Combo Brows — Nano Plus Shading

Combo brows combine both techniques. Hair strokes are applied at the front of the brow for a natural start, with ombre shading through the body and tail for definition and fullness.

Best for: clients who want the most versatile and complete result — natural at the front, defined at the tail.

Lasts: 1.5 to 3 years.

Price: A$400 – A$850

Microblading PRO

Ultra-fine, realistic hair strokes created with a tattoo machine instead of a blade. This allows for precise, consistent lines with minimal trauma to the skin, making the technique safer and more suitable for a wider range of skin types.

Best for: clients who want the look of natural, crisp hair strokes without the risks associated with traditional microblading.

Lasts: 1.5 to 3 years.

Price: A$400 – A$850

How to Choose the Right Technique

If you want your brows to look like real hair — choose nano brows.

If you want soft, filled brows that look like brow powder — choose ombre powder brows.

If you want both — choose combo brows.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

Every brow tattoo appointment at Antidote Beauty Space follows the same structured process regardless of technique.

Consultation and facial mapping — your brow shape is designed around your face, not copied from a template.

Digital mockup — before any pigment is applied, you see your new brows on screen. You approve the shape. Nothing is permanent until you're happy.

Colour matching — pigment is matched to your natural brow hair, skin tone and undertone.

The procedure — topical anaesthetic is applied first. The procedure takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the technique.

Aftercare briefing — written aftercare instructions provided at the end of every appointment.

Touch-up at 6 to 8 weeks — standard for all brow techniques. The healed result is assessed and any gaps or uneven areas are corrected.

The Healing Process

Days 1 to 3 — brows appear darker and bolder than the final result. This is normal.

Days 4 to 7 — surface flaking begins. Do not pick or scratch.

Days 7 to 14 — brows may look lighter or patchy. Pigment is still settling underneath.

Weeks 2 to 6 — final colour and detail emerge. This is the result you assess at your touch-up.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between nano brows, ombre brows and combo brows?

Nano brows create individual hair strokes using a fine needle and digital machine — the most natural result. Ombre brows use soft shading for a filled, powdery finish. Combo brows combine both — hair strokes at the front, shading through the body and tail. The right choice depends on your skin type and the finish you want.

Which brow tattoo technique is best for oily skin?

Nano brows and ombre powder brows both suit oily skin well. Microblading is the technique least suited to oily skin — the manual blade strokes tend to blur and fade faster. At Antidote Beauty Space, nano and ombre techniques are recommended for clients with oily skin.

How long do brow tattoos last?

Nano brows last 1.5 to 3 years. Ombre powder brows last 2 to 3 years. Combo brows last 1.5 to 3 years. All techniques fade faster on oily skin and with sun exposure. A touch-up every 12 to 18 months maintains the result.

Does a brow tattoo hurt?

Most clients describe mild pressure or a light scratching sensation. The brow area is not particularly sensitive compared to lips or eyelids.

Can I see what my brows will look like before the procedure?

Yes. A free digital brow mockup is included with every appointment. You see your new brow shape on screen before any pigment is applied. You approve the design — nothing is permanent until you're satisfied.

How much do brow tattoos cost in Sydney?

Brow tattoos at Antidote Beauty Space range from A$400 to A$850 depending on the technique and complexity. Touch-ups start from A$180. The Full Glam Package — brows, lips and eyeliner — is A$1,250.

How many appointments does a brow tattoo take?

The standard process is two appointments — the initial procedure and a touch-up at 6 to 8 weeks. Most clients are happy after two sessions. Clients with very oily skin or lighter pigment retention may benefit from a third session.

What if I don't like the result?

Antidote Beauty Space offers a full money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you do not pay.
